MR LYAN LAGER PASSION FRUIT PALE ALE
Sight: Deep, hazy, amber colour; nice and creamy white head.
Aroma: Sweet, exoticness, pineapple, citrus and passion fruit.
Palate: Creamy sweet passion fruit bitterness, mildly crispy with a tart aftertaste.
This is a lovely beer to pair with a barbecue and a nice sunny day.

MOOR JJJ IMPERIAL PALE ALE
Sight: Hazy gold amber, creamy white head.
Aroma: Floral, sweet hop aromas with exotic citric grapefruit, apricot and mandarin.
Palate: Toasted malts and a high bitterness kick at the beginning that balances after a couple of sips; leading to a sweet, silky, lingering caramel aftertaste.
Moor JJJ can be found in kegs and 330ml cans for just a limited period of time.
It’s definitely in the top 20 of the Tipplemaker’s beer list.

MOVIE THEATER’s COCKTAIL
50Ml Rum Zacapa infused with Sweet popcorn
15Ml Demerara Sugar (1:1)
4 drops Fee Brothers Aztecs Chocolate
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with lots of ice and stir it to the perfect dilution. Strain the drink in a rocks glass with one or two ice cubes. Release the oils of a grapefruit zest, and garnish the drink with it.
This drink transports you to another time. The aroma of the grapefruit welcomes you to the theater hall while the classic films are being projected.The screening is paired with popcorn and dark chocolate flavors.

Lager brewed in AND UNION brewery settled in Germany, unfiltered unpasteurised and delicious.
Sight: Cloudy, golden pale straw.
Aroma: fresh caramel, yeasty malts, bakery.
Palate: Dry Malt, lightly sweet and moderate bitter followed by a biscuity floral hop in the palate.
An awesome old school lager that stands on its own!

A northern delight proudly brewed in Scotland and highly recommended to be paired with Scotch blended whisky.

Sight: Pale Amber with a consistent white head.
Aroma: Floral, orange, cereal.
Palate: Bitter, spice, lingering smoky oak wood aftertaste.
After a couple of sips, the marmalade introduces itself.

3 Pinch of citrus sea salt
1/2 Muddled chilly
25 Lemon juice
50ml Tequila Silver Patron infused with Black peppercorn
7 Clapped Basil leaves.
20ml Sweet and chilly sauce
150ml Tomato Juice.
First, muddle the Chilly in the shaker, clap the 7 Basil leaves and chock them in with the rest of the ingredients.
Roll the drink to cool it down and melanize all the flavors.
Pour into a high ball with ice and garnish it with celery, olives, lemon and some Basil leaves.
The Spicy Tequila is balanced with the lemon and sweetness of the sweet and chili sauce making the Bloody JoseX a perfect remedy for the hungover.
